Visit to Arniston House

On Saturday the 2nd of December his SE. George Stewart KGCTpl. FSA.Scot, Chev. Archie Young. KCTpl and Chev. Robert Hunter. KCTpl met with Mrs. Althea Dundas-Bekker to discuss the history of Arniston House, and in particular the family of Dundas.They also discussed the role of the Knights Templar within the area including what is now Arniston House.

The Chevaliers were greeted by Mrs.Dundas-Bekker at the door.  Mrs. Dundas-Bekker was a wonderful host and the Chevaliers felt that a great friendship was made on the day, much was talked about on history by all parties and a great deal learned.

SE. Chev. George Stewart KGCTpl. thanked Mrs Dundas-Bekker for allowing the Knights of the Jacques de Molay 1314 Commandery to visit her most wonderful and historic house, the three Knights also thanked her for giving up some of her most precious time in meeting and talking with them.
